GembaDocs Summit 2025

A few members of our team have the honour of attending the GembaDocs Summit 2025 this week, held at the iconic Titanic Belfast (insert icebreaker pun here) 

The summit is designed for professionals who “live and lead at the Gemba” - the place where real work happens. It has brought together a community of passionate Lean thinkers, operational leaders and frontline experts to share how they’ve successfully implemented Lean practices to cut waste, improve processes and built lasting cultures of continuous improvement.

From inspiring keynote sessions to practical workshops (and of course, the chance to get suited and booted for the gala dinner last night), the event offered valuable insights and opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals.
