Market Weighton Angling Club Junior Championship

What a brilliant day yesterday at the Market Weighton Angling Club Junior Championship, proudly sponsored by Hawk Furniture.

The young anglers put on a brilliant performance at Brickyard Pond last night - lots of smiles, some great catches and friendly competition along the bank. MWAC are running a series of fishing tournaments for Adults and Juniors, so this was a fantastic start to the season.

Congratulations to all the participants, especially the winners of the day. Medals were presented by Hawk Chairman Glen Lincoln, who is an avid angler himself. We are so proud to have the opportunity to support community events such as these.
