Nurture Workspace for Jardine Motors
We were pleased to be featured in Nurture Workspace's refreshed workspace for Jardine Motors Group’ UK operations, in partnership with the site owners North East Business & Innovation Centre.
Based in Sunderland, Nurture Workspace are specialists in creating inspiring spaces for the office, hotel, leisure, education and healthcare sectors. Their team of workplace consultants and fit out and furniture experts create environments designed to inspire businesses to go further.
The Jardine Motors portfolio comprises a range of luxury brands with dealerships located all over the country, representing 16 of the world’s most renowned car brands across 56 locations in the UK and employs over 2,700 colleagues.
The Challenge
Nurture Workspace had been tasked with a full-fit-out to transform the Riverside office into a much brighter, more brand-led and productivity-focused environment.
The customer set the following brief for their new offices:
- Evoke the distinctive brand identity of Jardine Motors inside the workplace
- Support employee well-being, enabling seamless collaboration and efficient workflows
- Select furniture systems and finishes that could withstand heavy everyday use in a busy corporate environment
The Solution
Our Force bench desking system and meeting tables were finished in a refined Anthracite with White powder-coated legs. This colourway offered a strong visual contrast yet clean and professional feel. Task and meeting chairs carried the brand’s blue and grey tones while soft seating in reception introduced a warmer more welcoming first impression.
The result is a workplace that balances brand expression with everyday practicality. Clear zones for focus, collaboration, informal catch-ups emerge naturally. Visitors are welcomed into an environment that feels distinctly Jardine, while the teams inside benefit from an environment built for belonging, growth and productivity.
